Hi! I'm Anita Perrigo.

The Vitality Newsletter is an intentional dose of education and inspiration to help you move better, feel better and age better so you can get back to and continue the activities you love. As a former physiotherapist, I've taught thousands of people how to move better, feel better and live better. I teach movement classes incorporating yoga, Pilates and functional movement techniques. Having personally dealt with chronic pain and several sports injuries, I love to help people start or return to movement and keep moving well.
